Delete your data.

Two ways to wipe your AI Lead Finder account. Either works. We respond inside 30 days.

Option 1 — Inside your account

  1. Sign in at /login.
  2. Go to My Leads → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. We soft-delete immediately. Hard-delete runs within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email us

Send from the email on your account to privacy@zayrev.com with subject "Delete my data — AI Lead Finder." If the sender email matches an account, we execute within 30 days and send you a confirmation. If it doesn't match, we'll ask you to verify.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record (email, name, password hash).
  • Saved searches, pulled leads, enhanced results.
  • Coin + Zbuck balance history (unused balances forfeit — refund first if needed).
  • Session tokens + passkeys.
  • Your rows in our audit log where you were the subject.

What we keep (by law)

  • Purchase + tax records: up to 7 years (IRS + Florida Dept of Revenue).
  • Fraud/abuse flags tied to an email: indefinitely (anti-abuse signal).
  • Security logs: 12 months (SOC 2 / PCI-DSS monitoring).

CCPA / CPRA / FDBR / GDPR rights

Same form handles all four. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Florida, EU, UK — your right to erasure is honored. We don't charge a fee unless the request is manifestly unfounded or repetitive. No retaliation for exercising your rights.

Authorized agents

An agent can submit on your behalf with a signed permission letter. Email it along with a redacted copy of your ID to privacy@zayrev.com.

Response time + escalation

We aim for 7 days, max 30 (CCPA + GDPR limit). If you don't hear back, escalate to hello@zayrev.com or call 321-666-1102. California residents can also file with the California Privacy Protection Agency.
