Our actual practices
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not trade, barter, or transfer your data to data brokers. We use subprocessors (Google Places, RocketReach, Anthropic, Square, Resend, Fly.io, Postgres) strictly to deliver the AI Lead Finder — they are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. Submit an opt-out anyway
California (CCPA §1798.120), Florida (FDBR §501.712), and every other state with a consumer-privacy law gives you the right to submit this request even when we don't sell. To record your opt-out:
- Email privacy@zayrev.com with subject "Do Not Sell Opt-Out — AI Lead Finder."
- Include the email on your account (or state if you don't have an account).
- We confirm within 10 business days and permanently flag your email against any future data sharing.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser sends the Sec-GPC: 1 header, we treat that as an opt-out signal the same as an email request. No confirmation email needed, but you can request one.
Authorized agents
An agent may submit the request on your behalf with a signed permission letter and a redacted ID.
No retaliation
Your pricing, service level, and feature access do not change because you exercised any privacy right. That's the law and the right thing.
Escalation
If we fail to respond, contact the California Privacy Protection Agency (California residents) or your state attorney general. For Florida: Florida Department of Legal Affairs, Consumer Protection Division.
