Terms of Service.

1. Who you're contracting with

The AI Lead Finder is owned and operated by Zay Revenue Group LLC ("ZRG," "we"), a Florida limited liability company. By creating an account or running a search, you agree to these Terms. If you don't, don't use the tool.

2. What the tool does

Pulls business listings from public sources (Google Places and similar) and optionally enhances them with decision-maker contact info via RocketReach. We charge coins per lead returned and Zbucks per decision-maker enhancement. Free tier: 5 leads/day per account.

3. Coins and Zbucks

Both are prepaid units — not refundable currency, not redeemable for cash, not transferable between accounts. Neither expires. Coins spend only on lead pulls; Zbucks spend only on enhancements. Prices are listed on /pricing and may change with 30 days notice; balances you already purchased keep their original spending power.

4. Refunds

Unused coins and Zbucks are refundable within 7 days of purchase, pro-rated. Used units are not refundable. If the tool returns clearly broken data (e.g. 0 results on a valid search), email support@zayrev.com and we'll refund those specific units.

5. Acceptable use

• No scraping or mass-exporting the tool's output beyond your own purchased balance.
• No reselling leads to a third party without written permission.
• No using leads to send spam or violate CAN-SPAM / TCPA / CASL rules.
• No bypassing rate limits or circumventing authentication.
• No using the tool to harass, stalk, or defraud the business owners listed.

Violation gets your account terminated with no refund of unused balance.

6. Accuracy + AI disclosure

Leads come from third-party APIs (Google Places, RocketReach). We don't guarantee phone numbers are current, emails are monitored, or that every business still exists. AI is used to format lead summaries — you should verify critical info before reaching out.

7. Account security

You're responsible for your password. Turn on 2FA. Report suspected breach immediately to security@zayrev.com.

8. Disclaimers + liability

The tool is provided "as is." No warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ZRG's total liability is capped at the amount you paid to ZRG in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can delete your account any time via /data-deletion. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination we retain purchase records as required by law; everything else is deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing law

Florida law, Broward County courts (Fort Lauderdale). If you're a consumer outside Florida, your local consumer-protection law still applies where it grants rights beyond these Terms.

11. Changes

We'll post updates here and revise the "last updated" date. Material changes get an email to account holders and a 14-day notice period.
